2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon - Eden Valley

Eden Valley Cab can often be overlooked but when it's made well (and in good years) it makes for super refined and elegant wines. This Exceptional Cabernet from Sarah and Phil (son of Peter) Lehmann's own Boongarrie Vineyard is a prime example of just how good it can be. Rich and aromatic, there's plenty of violet and blackcurrant in the nose while in your glass it's all silky texture, fine tannins and dark Cabernet fruit. Excellent.
