Dry, textured, and delightfully refreshing. Made with Nebbiolo from the Box Grove Vineyard, this vibrant rosé captures everything we love about the variety—bright acidity, savoury depth, and lovely aromatic lift.

Gently pressed to retain pure fruit expression, it pours a pale peach pink with aromas of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, and subtle rose petal. The palate delivers crisp red berries, a touch of dried herb, and a fine, mineral-driven finish. But beyond that, it's just super elegant, a little savoury, and effortless to drink.
