2021 Thorley Syrah - Beechworth 

Here comes another high quality Beechworth wine from another great producer. This Syrah comes off the Thorley Vineyard that Tessa Brown and Jeremy Schmolzer planted in 2014, high up in the hills near Stanley, the highest site in the region. Classically cool climate, this is fine boned and elegant with deep red berry fruit and lifted spiced, a long finish and very composed structure. Excellent.
