2022 Vanguardist Grenache - Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale

Fruit from the 50+ year old vines of the Silver Sands in Blewitt Springs made by Grenache gun Michael Corbett, this is simply one of Australia's best examples. Medium bodied and supple, super savoury and refined, dried herbs, dark fruit and long fine tannins, this is a hell of a wine. Drinks a treat now but will look the goods for years to come.
