Rich, creamy, and distinctively maritime. Distilled right on the edge of the ocean in eastern Tasmania by the Polmear family, this flagship single malt is aged primarily in ex-bourbon barrels with a touch of French oak Tawny Port cask for extra depth.

Gives off aromas of salted toffee, vanilla, and sweet orchard fruits. On the palate, rich butterscotch and poached apples meet a subtle, mouth-watering sea-spray salinity that cuts through the sweetness and keeps every sip effortlessly balanced. Creamy, warm, and exceptionally smooth. Very, very good.
